Our experience with Hansi was something that was incredibly special, due to our previous history of bankruptcy and poor credit rating we honestly thought we would have next to no hope of getting back into the market after 5 years. During the almost 2 month journey with Hansi, she worked extremely hard for us, our indecisive avenues we wanted to take ie, land only, house and land, established property, etc, she gave us all options and pros and cons to each. We had tried using a number of mortgage brokers to re-finance, and after we had been rejected by almost all the large banks, we decided to give up. The first quality we noticed about Hansi was her persistent attitude. She refused to accept 'No' for an answer, insisting that she could help us. And help us she did. The options she offered us were just do varied. She was the only one to take the time to actually go through our finances with a fine toothed comb. This was something the other brokers couldn't be bothered doing. And shockingly enough, managed to get us refinanced with the same bank that had only 3 weeks prior, rejected our application. We are extremely grateful for Hansi and her positive attitude towards her job and her clients. We have been happily recommending her to our friends and do hope she continues to succeed in her role.Shannon
